We would like to send our thanks to all those who gave their time freely to supported and speak at our Bexhill Primary Care Network Care Home Conference 2024 held at Earlsfield Court Care Home last week.
The event was a fabulous opportunity for over 70 attendees to listen and meet with a number of guest speakers who presented on subjects relating to frailty, palliative care, sepsis, heart failure, parkinson and other conditions relating to comobilities of patients living in care homes.
