Integrated Community Care Ltd is the GP Federation for Bexhill
We run services to support the patients of Bexhill and surrounding areas alongside the Bexhill GP practices – Little Common and Old Town, Dr Warden and Partners – Collington, Sea Road, Pebsham and Ninfield Surgery, and Sidley and Albert Road surgery.
We are currently running the GP lead Memory Assessment Service, and Community Vasectomy service alongside Cooden Medical Group.
Working with Bexhill Primary Care Network, we are also providing the Extended Access Service – Out of hours GP appointments. Bexhill E-Hub – The online consultation portal, and the Care home Weekend Service – supporting the Bexhill Nursing and Residential homes at the weekend.
