The Bexhill Primary Care provides a Mental Health Service that consist of Access Facilitators, Mental Health Practitioner and Mental Health Co-ordinator. The service identifies and provides targeted mental health and holistic support to people who are struggling to access services for their mental wellbeing, or have a broader need than any one provider can address.
The service takes a ‘first contact’ approach, working alongside GPs in general practice. The Service remains fluid and flexible to adapt to the individual nuances of each of the practices by breaking down traditional boundaries providing an integrated approach to each patient.
