Emily Russell

I am a Social Prescribing Link Worker striving to work with patients across the Bexhill PCN to improve their general health and wellbeing. By spending time together to focus on patients’ individual needs and current circumstances, I can support them to access a variety of services and activities in their local community to boost independence, confidence and general social and emotional wellbeing.

My background includes youth employment & education and community mental health support. I joined the PCN in November 2021 and I am passionate about empowering people to take control of their circumstances and live healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives.
