Lucie Crowe

I started working for the Bexhill Primary Care Network in October 2022 as an admin assistant. My days are split among two teams, the first being the e-Hub team where I assist patients through Engage Consult. This allows patients to contact their GP Surgery about non-urgent enquiries using online messaging. The second team I work with is the Memory Assessment Service, where I assist with booking appointments for patients concerned with their memory. I also handle telephone enquiries, and liaise with clinicians and carers.
