Working with the Practice Teams to ensure education and training is at the required standard, identifying what training is required and offering assistance where needed to arrange training and help staff enroll in suitable educational courses.  Organisation of training events for staff within the PCN and run events for the health and wellbeing of patients across Bexhill, working with relevant partners to make this happen.  Organise drop in sessions for patients alongside the Digital Team to offer training sessions on NHS App, booking on line and access to patient records.  Networking with other providers, participating and supporting other local projects.
