Tina Granata

I joined Bexhill PCN in 2023 as the Dementia Care Co-Ordinator. My background is primarily in Elderly Care, with varying roles, most recently in the community. My role is to holistically support individuals with Dementia alongside their families/carers to improve access to services. I work closely with GP surgeries, local and national Dementia organisations, and local Elderly Services.
