On Monday 2nd February Vita Bexhill (Collington, Pebsham, Sea Road and Ninfield) will be transitioning to a total triage system.
This means that all requests for GP and on the day appointments will have a triage form completed. You can either complete this form yourself online or, if you do not have online access, this can be completed for you via the phone. This form will then be reviewed by a clinician who will triage the request, deciding on an appropriate appointment based on your clinical urgency.
As part of this change, patients will no longer be able to use the Engage Online Consultation service previously available.
