🌿 Nurture in Nature – Free Cancer Support in the Woods 🌿
Bexhill PCN would like to share this wonderful free wellbeing programme for people living with a cancer diagnosis.
Nurture in Nature offers gentle, supportive sessions in a beautiful woodland setting at Herstmonceux Castle, helping participants relax, connect, and boost wellbeing through nature.
✨ Activities include:
• Woodland activities
• Cooking on the fire
• Foraging
• Mindfulness and relaxation
📍 Where: Herstmonceux Castle, East Sussex
🗓 When: Thursdays for 10 consecutive weeks, starting 5th March 2026
🕤 Morning sessions: 9.30am – 12.30pm
🕑 Afternoon sessions: 2.00pm – 4.30pm
💚 This is a free support service delivered by Wilder Life Wellbeing CIC and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
