Georgia Harrison

I work for the Emotional Wellbeing Service and base myself within Bexhill PCN. In my role as Senior Access Facilitator I work closely with GP Surgeries to identify individuals with registered serious mental illness who would benefit from a comprehensive physical health check and I work to engage with the individuals and complete a physical health check. I also work closely with Julie, the Mental Health Care Co-Ordinator, to offer additional support and make referrals to other services where relevant to ensure individuals are receiving the support they need.
