Julie Swaffer

I joined Bexhill PCN in November 2020 as a Care Coordinator after having spent the majority of my NHS career in management roles. I work with a caseload of patients who have varying mental health conditions to support them with their health and socio-economical issues, which can feel overwhelming at times. I am able to liaise with the patients’ GP, refer them into other services and organisations who can add further support.
